Front Cover

This is my new front cover. I have followed my draft almost point by point just with some added changes.

The first of these changes were the addition of a header which is filled with the words "Today's Latest".

The next change was the footers text which was originally "The Best Magazine" this then became "Your Daily School News"

The Final change was the position of my second Pug which was moved from the right (above the school photos) to the top left.

Please note that I have identified that there is blank space above the "school photo" and will be addressed when I come to making my final product. I also feel that the background is quiet bland so for my final product I will find a nice colour or background to fill the white.

During a lesson we were given cameras to take photos for our cover.

Main image

this is the photo I have taken of fellow pupil "Kieran Moss" I have had his and the other pupils permission to use their photos.

this photo will be edited to be blurred and have the question mark in front of his face.

Second image

this image is of fellow pupil "Kerrigan Heffernan". this photo will be used as the photo for the "School Photo" box. there will be no editing done to this photo.

using the smudge tool in Photoshop I blurred Kieran's face and then place a question mark in front of his face. this follows my draft cover.
